Practical Philosophy
Philosophy is the pursuit of wisdom, truth, and knowledge. The purpose of philosophy, for me, is to learn how to live, and to implement that knowledge, that wisdom, in practical day-to-day living.
Buddhism and Stoicism are my primary sources of practical philosophy.
The wisdom includes understanding myself, and so there is a lovely overlap between philosophy and psychology, with insights into living to be gained from both fields of study.
